Dr Umama Saleh (PharmD)

Dr. Umama Saleh is a dedicated and innovative pharmacist who has made significant contributions to the field. She obtained her Doctor of Pharmacy Degree in 2020 from the University of Peshawar. Commencing her professional journey in 2022, Dr. Saleh began as a Resident Pharmacist. Her outstanding performance earned her the title of Best Resident Pharmacist among her batch at RMI.

Dr. Saleh’s commitment to excellence is evident through her recent achievement of the GCP (Good Clinical Practice) Certification. Furthermore, she is actively pursuing her goal of becoming a Certified Clinical Research Pharmacist (CCRP). She actively participates in health fairs and educational workshops, working tirelessly to improve patient outcomes. Her commitment to lifelong learning sets her apart as an exceptional pharmacist.
Dr. Saleh’s expertise lies in compounding and dispensing pharmaceuticals, with a particular focus on sterile products such as parenteral nutrition, immunosuppression, and electrolyte replacements. Her precision and passion drive her to create personalized medication solutions tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
As an essential member of the RMI CTU team, Dr. Saleh is at the forefront of achieving the Minimum Service Delivery Standard (MSDS) Certification. She also plays a pivotal role in the Quality Assurance team, showcasing her dedication to maintaining high standards in pharmaceutical care.
Currently, Dr. Umama Saleh serves as a Clinical Research Pharmacist in the CTU at RMI. In this role, she takes on significant responsibilities in managing drugs used in clinical research, including Investigational Medicinal Product (IMP) storage, preparation, and record-keeping.
