My aim to Join Clinical Trials Unit RMI My decision to be a pioneer in the Clinical Trial Unit department RMI was driven by a genuine passion and my aim was to initiate and functional the 1st state of art clinical research unit in KPK Pakistan, which plays a crucial role in shaping the future of healthcare by conducting rigorous and ethical clinical trials and contribute to medical advancement, patient care, developing groundbreaking treatment therapies, innovation in research design and disease understanding in KPK. This role aligns perfectly with my aspirations and values, offering a fulfilling and dynamic career path that allows me to contribute meaningfully to the field of healthcare and beyond.

Musawir has a proven track record of clinical research experience in clinical trials & site management, including site initiation, collaborations, budgeting, documentation, record-keeping and coordinating with the Institutional Review Board meetings. He is serving as the linchpin between various stakeholders, which include researchers, healthcare professionals, clinical research organizations, and regulatory bodies, having strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensures seamless communication. He is well-oriented in maintaining compliance with regulation guidelines and ethical standards. He is ICH-GCP Certified and receiving the training for CCRP and ACRP certifications.
