Dr Junaid Naeem (PharmD)
Dr. Junaid Naeem is a driven and innovative pharmacist who has made significant contributions to the field of pharmacy. He holds a Doctor of Pharmacy Degree from Gomal University, DI Khan. Currently, he is enrolled in the MPhil in Pharmacy Practice program at KUST. Dr. Naeem embarked on his professional journey in 2022 as a Resident Pharmacist. His dedication and exceptional performance earned him the title of Star Resident Pharmacist among his peers at Rehman Medical Institute.
In his pursuit of excellence, Dr. Naeem has achieved several certifications. He holds the GCP Certification, highlighting his commitment to high-quality pharmaceutical practices. Additionally, he has obtained a Clinical Trials Operations Specialization Certification, further enhancing his skill set.
Dr. Naeem has excelled in various roles within the pharmacy profession. He has served as an In-patient Pharmacist, OT-Pharmacist, Retail Pharmacist, and Clinical Consulting Pharmacist. His versatility and commitment to patient care are evident in his diverse experiences.
Currently, Dr. Naeem serves as a Clinical Research Pharmacist in the Clinical Trail Unit at RMI. In this role, he plays a critical part in managing drugs used in clinical research, including IMP storage, preparation, and record-keeping.
Dr. Naeem possesses an exceptional understanding of various clinical specialties, with a particular focus on cardiothoracic and nephrology. He has primarily worked as an Infectious Disease Pharmacist, contributing significantly to the establishment of Anti-Microbial Stewardship programs within his working environment.
Highlighting his commitment to infectious disease management, Dr. Naeem has obtained certifications in antimicrobial stewardship from reputable organizations such as SIDP and WHO. Dr. Junaid Naeem’s dedication to patient care, innovation in pharmacy practice, and continuous pursuit of knowledge make him a remarkable and asset to the field of pharmacy.
